"We needed to get the accumulated dust out of an unused and sealed (by Newspaper) chimney before we had new furnishing in the room. Mr Holmes was here within a couple of days. He took out the news paper and kept the dust to an absolute minimum and inspected the chimney. His verdict was that there was nothing to sweep, the chimney was in good condition and therefore there was no charge. He also gave us some advice on how to look after it in the future. Thank you Mr Holmes and we have made a donation to Save the Children for your call out charge.
